RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue . Please do not return any items to T3C unless you have been advised to do so by our customer service representatives.

- Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
- Please note that we no longer accept exchanges.
- Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please use a tracking service such as UPS, DHL or FEDEX.
- Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.
RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Please also note that additional costs (taxes) may apply when making an international return.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the T3C warehouse.
If we have issued a refund, financial institutions may require 3-5 working days for the payment to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.
